Utils

Connect a wallet to use these.

One-time mint

Creates a network faucet and launches its whole supply to the wallet in one launch. The faucet records an owner and a launch flag, so nothing can be minted afterwards and the launch cannot be repeated.

Registry admin

Changes what registering a pool costs. Only the registry's admin account can do this, and it can only reprice the register note: it cannot move funds, list a pool, or change a pool's parameters.

Send public note

Sends the chain fee asset to an account that does not exist on chain yet. The wallet sends a public note, which is the only path that can target such an account.
